Very near masjid Al Haram about 4 minutes walk from hotel...but won't recommend for people in wheelchair or knee problem as its is located on steep slope area

Good rooms,good toilets,everything is beautifully arranged...services are very good.overall better than many other hotels.

Very bad service...have two lifts and it's not able to make people feel better than the stairs...The kitchen area is not well maintained and it's not clean ...the smell inside the mess makes people bad and not able to eat ...the milk powder sugar are not kept covered ,it's always kept open ...I fell very much uncomfortable in the hotel and the rooms are not spacious...all rooms having same space and they maintain it with 2 3 4 5 beds....the best think about the hotel is it's only a workable distance from haram about 50m

Bathroom can be better cleaned and service cam be further improved. The shuttle service shd be more frequent especially for the elderlies and needies

Only 2 lift available for 16 floors. Always crowd. Should wait 20-30 min for lift. Dining doesn't have enough space for people to sit and eat. Everyone should have patience to stay here

The only 2 lift for 16 level building overcrowded and not functional, staff response is awkward and slow. Stink with feral smell in front of hotel and wifi that doesn't work at all. 1 star for location near Al Haram. Not recommended for disabled and elder.

The bads:- Worst hotel ever. Worst experience. Dont ever come and stay here. There are 2 lift which is slow functioning.in a 16 storey hotel and you have to simply forget about the lift when its crowded, Hotel staff doesnt communicate in english or in hindi, and they dont even borther as well. Dont talk abt the room service if you are coming for umrah then from checkin dage untill checkout date they will not clean you room or toilet even once. Our umrah agent said laundry service is unlimited, but laundry guy is very limited he comes once in 2 day and he comes and sit somewhere with no whereabouts, and you will surely know about his visit once le left with the collected dirty clothes and this thing is visible on hotel website pics, kindly check. Rooms doesnt have a good view. Windows are small without a balcony. Hotel is 250 meters from haram sharif, which eventuallly feels like 350 mtr when walking coz hotel is situated on steep. Which makes you feel like 350 mtr or above. There is a public transportation small car outside every hotel as well in this hotel which can carry elderly people or people who are unable to walk . But the car is even a showpiece. Its standing 24/7 outside the hotel without any movement. May be the operate it for arabs or rich customers. Food and eatery section is so congested that even if you move your hand to your pocket it will touch someones body. Goods:- food is good and very tasty. And the guy serving there is very helpfull. And even though its steep hill road but its still easy and accessible to haram sharif. Goods:- food is good and very tasty

The hotel is located close to the mosque. Some good workers. However, the restaurant is worst, small and has no windows. Surprisingly customers can smoke without being prohibited. Rooms do not have internet / wifi facilities. Room service is also worst. Daily smells of smoke in the room. The room also has no windows. The elevator has only 2 and is not suitable for many customers because you have to wait a long time to get a turn. I don't know why imtiaz chose this hotel.
