★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, they are selling lots of cars but don’t care if the post sale service gets crowded, Riyadh a city of more than 5 million people has only 2 service places.
No quick service compared to other competitors (Toyota, GMC) have much better service.
Reception employees are nice and trying to do their best but its not their fault, it’s the company’s fault for not providing enough staff and service centers.
Its like going to some public government office where things are very slow and disorganized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and very friendly staff. However, i would suggest to put a little bit of an effort on the organization of customers and their required services. Such as number dispensary, organizing the in and the out of them, etc.
Overall, it was a nice experience
