★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم تعطلت سيارتنا وحملناها ساطحه ولما اخذ زوجي موعد يقولوا مافي مجال زحمه ومدري ايش و اعطونا موعد بعد مده طويله !!! شركه كذا ماتهتم ب عملائها ليه تنفتح ؟؟؟ اذا ماتوفر فنيين كثير عشان يصلحون سيارات يلي تشترى منكم ليه اجل تفتحون الوكاله من اصله؟؟ مافكرتو بالناس يلي تعطلت سياراتهم كيف يجلسون 15 يوم او اكثر بدون سياره !؟؟؟؟ كيف يمشون امورهم ؟ لو كل وكاله تتعامل ب امانه وتعامل حسن كان رزقكم بيزيد لكن لو جلستوا ع ذا الوضع الله يعينكم على وضعكم ؛؛ ياليت تفكرون ب العميل لانه ما اشترى منكم الا لانه أعجبته السياره ولو صار له موقف راح يكره الوكاله والسياره !! اتمنى من صاحب الوكاله ينظر بعين الاعتبار و يجيب عماله تشتغل ب صدق وأمانة و يوفر فنييين ممتازين بمعنى الكلمه والله يعيينا ويعين كل انسان ينضغط بهالمواقف الحمدلله على كل حال
Peace be upon you. Our car broke down and we carried it flat. When my husband took an appointment, they said there is no traffic and I don't know what, and they gave us an appointment after a long time!!! A company like this doesn't care about its customers, why does it open??? If you do not have many technicians to repair the cars that are bought from you, why did you open the agency in the first place?? What did you think of the people whose cars broke down, how do they sit for 15 days or more without a car!??? How do they go about their affairs? If every agency deals honestly and treats well, your sustenance will increase, but if you sit in this situation, may God help you in your situation;; I wish you would think of the customer because he only bought from you because he liked the car, and if he had a situation, he would hate the agency and the car!! I hope the owner of the agency will look into consideration and answer his workers who work honestly and honestly and provide excellent technicians in the sense of the word. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحقيقة فرع طيب و العاملين متعاونين لكن ينقص منطقة المدينة خدمات السمكرة و باقي خدمات الصيانة. عندي دقة بسيطة و عشان تتصلح لازم السيارة تترسل جدة.
