★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف انا كعميل ذهبت الى الوكاله وكان وقت مباراة الهلال ووالنصر وقتها
وللاسف جميع الموظفين على جوالاتهم يتابعون المباراه
ولا احد استقبلنا
واذا سألنا سؤال بالقوه يجاوبك اجابه مختصره عشان يرجع يتابع المباراه
حتى حاولته اشوف سياره في المخزن عندهم بس بشوفها من برى ما راح افتحها
لكنه رفض بحجة انه مبيوعه
عموما لا تعليق من تعاملهم
لكن اللي اوله كذا نهايته كيف وقت الضمان والصيانه وغيره
وللعلم من اكثر الامور اللي خلتني اتشجع اترك مازدا ما اشتري من عندهم
هو تعاملهم معي وعدم جديتهم وحرصهم على اقناع العميل بالسلعه وذكر ايجابياتها وكذا
تجربة سيئه

And for the record, one of the things that made me encouraged is to leave Mazda what I buy from them
It is their dealing with me and their lack of seriousness and their keenness to convince the customer of the commodity and mention its advantages and so on

مازدا 6 ممتازة لكن استلمتها فيها خدوش بالبوية من الخلف،،

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو فيه اقل من نجمة اعطيتهم التعامل جداً سيء وغير راقي رحت لهم اليوم وكلمت الموظف اللي مكتبه بالنص اكلمه عن نوع سياره اذا هي موجوده اشوفها قال لي : ( داخل بقاله؟؟) بالله هذا رد يرده لعميل جاي يشوف سياره اذا هذا اوله ينعاف تاليه وتم صرف النظر عن سياراتكم وخسرتوني كمشتري … ياليت بس يتم جرد الموظفين عندكم وتوظيفهم على حسب الرقي والتعامل وحسن الاسلوب

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيء من موظفي المعرض يعني جايب معي أهلي في الشموس و لا فيه تجاوب فعال في اعطاء التفاصيل. أساله عن توفر سيارة معينه يقول مافيه و سكت طيب وش اللي متوفر و متى تتوفر المواصفات المطلوبه .. و مميزات الفئة المطلوبه فقط جالس ع المكتب و يطقطق على الجوال و بعض الاوراق .. و يجاوب برد مختصر. للاسف دخلت وكالات اخرى تعاملهم فررررق يرحب بالعميل و يستمع له و يقوم من مكتبه و يشرح له على السيارة ??. ما أقول الا الله يعيننا على الضمان اذا هذا المعرض.
