★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I experienced a peculiar problem with my Duster's engine, almost one of its kind. But i'm very thankful that Renault management did their best to solve the problem elevating the issue to their top management. During the course of trouble shooting, my car was already outside the warranty period of three years but they never mentioned this but instead focused in resolving the problem. Now I'm happy because my 5 year old Duster is running smoothly and efficiently. During the six months of finding solution to my car, Renault provided me Kolios which I used for six months as temporary replacement. Kudos to the staff of Ishbilla (Christopher and Eugene); Exit 18 service staff and management of Renault After Sales Department specially to their Sr. General Manager Mr. Rajkumar Santosh who quickly and kindly attended for every needs I raised during those times..

Again, not everyone speaks great English so that makes it harder, but I brought a local friend who spoke Arabic and it was very swift and easy. Overall a great experience and would recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a Renault (or Dacia) in Riyadh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The maintenance services are very poor, my car has been held in the workshop for more than a month and a half under the pretext of waiting for spare parts that are not available, and I was not provided with a temporary car until the car’s repair was completed, knowing that my car is a 2022 model and is still in the maintenance period. Infringed rights.
