- there was no vehicle available in the showroom to check
- there was no one to serve us for 10 to 15 minutes
- when one sales representative finally came, she gave us wrong information about the vehicle and she didn’t have sufficient information
The experience was surprisingly bad for such a dealership and brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main (and only) reason i was in Range Rover was because of the impeccable customer service of Khawla! I didn’t even consider buying a range rover and was there with my sister for an issue she had. I was surprised by Khawla!
She’s outstanding in every way and would lease a car from her hands down over any other dealer or sales representative out there. Especially during the pandemic where there is no inventory and so many rules to follow. She made the experience wonderful and adhered to the laws stated by the government. She’s incredibly professional, pleasant to work with, and made me feel like im her friend and NOT her customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, very bad service and customer care from the direction. We waited for 2 months to get a quick repairs following a minor issue with no update from the team on the structure and when we get the car (pristine) back, the vehicule was ugly and scartches were identified. The direction refused to prepare the vehicule and no commercial gestures were engaged. Shame for such a luxury brand!!! The vehicule, 3 months from the purchase, is still under the concession with no valuable solutions proposed by the team. Worst, the direction refuse any constructive discussions.
