★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوأ خدمة على الإطلاق ... والله العظيم ساعة و45 دقيقة واقف في الطابور علشان يجي دوري ارسل لين نملت اقدامي وحسيت بألم شديد في الظهر ولا يوجد حتى كرسي واحد يقدر الواحد يقعد فيه يرتاح .. المفروض يحطون كراسي صفوف يقعدوا الناس عليها .. امتهان للإنسان بشكل فج .. لا عدد موظفين كافي ولاهم سريعين أصلاً اللي موجودين وتلقى الواحد منهم كل شوية ماسك جوالة وصف الناس اللي قدامه واقف على رجوله لا يعني له شيء وكل شوية رايح وراجع والناس واقفه ولا سكيورتي يستطيع ينظم الصفوف كل شوية تسمع اصوات المجادلة على الاماكن في الصفوف والله دخلوا واحد قدام واحد بدون وجه حق وقهروه قهر وفي الأخير يقول له الموظف عجبك والا اخرج والعميل يقول كيف أخرج بعد طابور ساعتين تجي تقول لي بكل بساطة أخرج وينافخ عليه الموظف منافخه ويقول ترا ممكن ما اخدمك الا آخر واحد اسكت ووو المهم قهروا الرجال قهر .. انتم تأخذوا مقابل لهذه الخدمة فأتقوا الله قدموا خدمة تليق بالأنسان اللي يجيكم .. راقبوا ذممكم حطوا على الأقل صفين كراسي تكون الناس تمسك سرا فوق الكراسي بدل المرمطة والتعب والوقوف الين الواحد يكره حياته ترى العملاء هم بشر وفيهم المريض وكبير السن واللي عنده مشاكل صحية في الأطراف ويكون الوقوف لساعات صعب جداً .. الحريم حطوا لهن موظف خاص بدل ما كل شوية جايات وع طول الى قدام الصف يأخذون أدوار الناس بكل قلة حيا اللي واقفه ساعات وكأنه يحق لهن... تنظموا وقدموا خدمة خافوا ربكم انتم تأخذون مقابل والظلم ما يدوم.. والله على الخدمة اللي تقدمون كل عميل يخرج وهو يدعي عليكم وهو متعب ومحروق من الإذلال الحاصل.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A reputable company but they hired a Very disrespectful security named Ibrahim, don't even know how to approach clients.! I came to inquire if i can send money if my visa is business, but instead of helping me they want me to go out coz i didn't present my tawakalna, i told him i don't have internet for now and i showed him my bahrain app as proved that i am fully vaccinated but he did not accepted.. I totally understand if your front liner can't speak english but atleast train them how to respect people.! I am a lady and It doesn't mean he is local national he can raise his voice to clients whenever he wants. Always remember if without us as your clients or expat doing transactions in your company you are not there also.. so if you want your clients to be satisfied then treat them and give them a good service.. what a very very bad experience.. that was my first and last came. Xxx
