Good day , kindly educated your staff interms of hospitality manner . I spoked to your receptionist guy who is wearing a circle eye glasses , has rude behavior and lazy staff . He asked me for my Iqamah then I showed to him and he said "you are not eligible in our hospital — you can go to any hospital".
Firstly , I have my Class A insurance Tawwunin and I can pay in any method of payment. So I don't think that he should say I am not eligible but rather he's the who is not eligible to work as receptionist guy who do not have vast knowledge and good manner at all. Diffinitely not recommend hospital for educated person .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the worst experience in the hospital when my wife has done the Thyroid Glands removed, after many appointments stayed for 4 years that was including the coronavirus season. There is a lack of stuff, less care for patient, and the hospital not clean (there is a really bad smell coming from the toilet even they clean it many times) and actually not able to receive patients. We have reported most of the problems we have faced, but they know no one will listen. Anyway its highly unrecorded even if you have or pushed to get your medication over there.??
