And when trying a different extension it takes forever!!!
Super disappointed! Looks like one must come to the hospital to finish things up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eye appointment..did doctor appointment..waited for the ophthalmologist for 1 hour..nurse kept on saying wait wait..then found out the CASHIER after taking money didn't enter us in the system..Looks like nobody was caring when it was found out that CASHIERS wasted one hour of ours. CASHIERS were busy on social media on mobiles..all three ladies super busy on phones ..november 11 ..2020..6pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience never go there again .. stuff at the reception of Radiology is so rude not giving attention playing with her phone so often treated me like she’s the paying for my X-rays
My appointment supposed to be at 10AM it’s already 10:30AM and they said we will call you what a respect of time they have wonderful,,
I was expecting more professional and polite from such a hospital like that ... disappointed ):

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their reception is worst. My wife’s appointment was booked in my son’s name. When I requested to change name, the receptionist put the time already expired. Appt at 7:30 pm was put at 5 pm on same day. We had to wait 2 hours until all appts are done and the doctor cannot do anything as the system works this way. Only if the person inputting the change would just see it with open eyes that the time is expired. It’s gross negligence and the person did not admitted her mistake and never apologized. In fact She had the audacity to ask my wife to keep quiet for waiting 2 hours because of her mistake. They have worst customer service experience will never visit them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad administration hospital. I think this hospital will go drop by the non-interesting administrators start from shift night manager to admin in nurses. You have good app with nice medical staff but small rock will reflect a bad reputation.

In 2021 the behaviour has improved much.
