I would like to thank and show my deepest appreciation to King Salman Bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince for providing such a facility for all. I would also like to thank all doctors and nurses who helped me throughout my sickness and the hospital management team. I love this country and will always do. اللهم احمي المملكة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad Facility. People being treated like Slaves once they get into there grip. Doctors shows up on weekly or biweekly bases. You will be on the mercy of staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible communication between the patient and doctor, racism from nurses whoever you might be (or they might be.), overwhelming work for said nurses, if I could I would've gave them a no-star, but in one of the million no goods there's one greet; kind, nice people who wouldn't think they're, and they know themselves. If you could choose another hospital, do it! and research it don't cheap out; for the safety of your loved once, and your own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital I've ever been to. The staff are all very lazy and incompetent. They don't listen to the patient, they don't even communicate with the patients. All they do is make you wait and after you wait an ENTIRE day they can't even diagnose you. They don't even deserve a 1 out of 5. They deserve a 0 out of 5. Don't come to this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i waited 6 hours, its so bad that the nurse when injecting the butterfly needle my blood splashed all over the table and i got too dizzy and my heart was pulsing like crazy i wanted to throw up and she was yelling are u dizzy r u dizzy? bruh?? u literally made my blood all over the table that one tissue wasn’t enough to wipe it off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ofc um dizzzy cant u seeeeee?????? oooh and im not talking about how bad the wating was. overall this hospital should be demolished. dont come in here if you love yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst ER hospitals I’ve seen in my life. Waited 8 hours just for blood work and x-ray. I understand prioritizing ER cases, but come on 8 hours for this!!
Under staffed. Under equipments.
The ER staff in the night shifts are not friendly and they need training or some good leaders cuz you can tell they don’t like working there.
I think this hospital must take serious actions for improvement if they want to achieve what we aim for in 2030.
