★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad management, weakness in thier management system, they tried thier best to fool you if you don’t know your rights. The duty manager (ER) is weak and can’t resolve small conflicts. Technical staff like doctors are excellent but need better management. For me very bad experience with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital I have ever been to. I did my surgery there and, the experience was horrible:
1- The nurses don't know what there doing.
2 - they don't give care if you slept overnight. Their primary focus is money, not patient care.
3- Also, they give the wrong medication.
4- I have a massive scar on my hand because they don’t know to put the needle.
5- If you call a nurse at night because you need help, they will not come. You will walk around till you find someone that will help.
It's embarrassing that they call themself a hospital; they're playing with people's lives!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hospital experience I have ever had. If you have a medical emergency do not come here. You be forced to wait hours and perhaps forced to pay money as their "system" doesn't allow them to accept your medical insurance. The list goes on and on. But honestly avoid at all costs, the hospital I recommend is King Faisal Specialist Hospital, they will look after you correctly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hospital, i think all facilities available here. But i go to take the covid - 19 vaccination. For this no usual waiting, just go and give your iqama number and they provide token. Within 5 minutes all finished.

Hundreds of medical staff and hundreds of front office desk staff , yet no one will answer your questions . Reception desk is always clueless to advise where to go next , so many lifts yet hell of time to catch one , no idea always where to go next , insurance approvals needs to follow multiple times to get the info , no one give info on how to take appointment of Lab or radiology , and how much time it takes to get results . Follow up appointment with doctor is big mess .
Only positive thing is getting doctor appointment through app is easy and getting results through app made easy .
It took one hour to figure out that gynecology is not in the main building .
I spent 4 hours one day and 5 hours another day in neurology, and yet I’m about get the required analysis
In this hospital every nurse and staff either filipino or others everyone have attitude problem. Very strange hospital
What’s the point of hiring so many staff without hospitality training
Just a small info can make things better , better to avoid the hell if you are going for first time . Take help or knowledge from previous patients so that you don’t spend whole week in this hospital

I have been going there for almost three months trying to get just ONE broken tooth fixed, they keep getting me there doing nothing and wasting my time and money.
1- it is so hard to make an appointment there
2- i always come on time of the appointment and they keep me waiting for an extra 30-45 mins
3- they delayed the process until my insurance was out limited
I will never go there again it’s a known hospital that I thought I’ll find the right professional help there but i was more than disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is pretty big and prestigious hospital. Sometimes it is hard to find a parking spot.
One of their draw backs, they let you wait for more than 15 minute to see the doctor.
But nonetheless, it is pretty dynamic hospital and really good doctors work there.
