Can't handle C-section and I had to take my wife to another hospital
Victoria is a waste of time and I don't advice on going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital os verrry good excellent doctors and the decor is very fancy.. But the biggest problem is that they will not give you chance for normal.. They prefer c section and the team is not well organized.. Most of the reciptionests would not be able to help you.. And the cachire comes only in noon while if you have appointment in the morning they will not be able to return your money if you have change..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hospital and doctors. Dr. Roba Alnajjar is good gynaecologist there. She will cooperate with you nicely... She goes out of her way to help her patient.. always smiling and explaining everything in the simplest way.. hospital is very lavish(more of a palace kind).

I want to say thanks also Dr. Sahir very friendly, well behaved and very polite. Sister Nadaa also very good person hard worker and friendly.
Dr. Shadi also good but aggressive person.
Lake of staff availability.
Some of reception staff are very rude behave because like on my last visit on 15th August 2019 at morning 11:45am one of reception staff she said bring the change when you come what the hell is this.
Overall i say thanks to all team members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad hospital. Doesn’t respect appointment. Twice happenned to me that we are in the reception before our appointment and doctor left.
This makes me felt uneasy and felt unsecure because maybe in the day of my delivery the doctor left also. Its totally unrecommendable.
Dr. Hanaa is excellent but other staffs doesn’t respect appointment. So UNPROFESSIONALS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great hospital but I faced a problem in entrance office as the birth notification not received on my wife discharge and the the Morning employee firstly told me that after 10 minutes then after 15 minutes I went to office but told me that no internet connection and will not receive anyway today!!may the next week is this right ?i feel she not want to make this ?
