★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I came two hours late due to work for my appointment but waited more than an hour to meet my assigned supervisor who was not helping at all when I asked a simple question regarding an offer service provided but rather kept on insisting to go to other supervisor. When I went to other supervisor he said you need to keep your car for two days.
This all can be avoided through phone or emails before availing any offers.
Understaffed service center. Should be exclusive only for appointments. It seems the ticket system wasn't followed by my supervisor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's so bad. You can't trust them only for quick service.
My car is new.
There is problem in the car system, all that do for it was quick service and told me: may be it will solve the problem, if the warning letter apear again you can come back to check it up again. But the problem still and is not resolved.
They orded a part for chang, and I wait 1 month nearly to arrive the part and changed it without any benifit.
I am an employee and I can't waste my time.
It is a bad try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I have proper appointment of my company car. Came early around 11:45 to make sure correct ime. But they are lethargic and took another car which have late appointment. There is no meaning of appointment and respect customer time. Appointment time 1pm.Until now around 1:30 car waiting outside. No professionalism. I don't know whether this particular service is like this or all Ford all like this. They are taking around 5 hours for doing regular service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. Worst customer service. Worst employees. They take 4-5 hours for general service. They say it's fixed even though it's not. Everytime they keep the customers waiting for 4-5 hours just to say your car can't be fixed today. Most of the mechanics are not available on Saturday & Thursday.

They dont know how to respect there customers.
For oil change they are taking maximum 3 hours... I am waiting here from last 2:45 mins still they didnot finish my car.
I talk to one guy here please check the status of my car is my car ready or not he said just go there and sit we will call you once your car will be ready.

In mid of the city, on Khurais Road, in the vicinity of Rawda, make this location suitable for quick service or even maintenance.
There is a facility of spare parts and operational lease management office as well.
