All spare parts are readily available, staff was very friendly and Cooperative, the car was looked after very professionally and with great care. If you are interested in getting genuine after sale service this is the place for you.

This is the worst customer satisfaction and I felt really insulted and left off the showroom .. and am finalising grand Cherokee now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've dealt with ALJ maintenance service in Jubail and they were so professional. The ones here are just never on time to their desks. And they kept complaining also rudely why I delayed 30 mins to pick up my car. Terrible!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing service. Ordered a car 7 weeks ago and was told it would arrive within 3 weeks. They could never give me a firm delivery date and now for the past 2 weeks the sales representative is ignoring my calls and whatsapp. I paid a deposit as well when I ordered the car and now I still have no car and no idea when it will arrive. I would just cancel it if I could but no one is responding to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My today's experience was not so good. Being the largest Toyota dealer couldn't find a spare part! Shocking. Didn't offer to order it at all. Advised me to go to sanaiya(a local automobile parts address where authenticity is questionable). I hope they offer to order genuine parts for customers in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Things to do while you are going here for Toyota service here.
1. Book an appointment online to reduce rush and know the better timing for you to come .
2. Enter the service assisting team area.
3. Take the token for your turn .
4. The service assistant will call you and ask the things and inform you what are the things additionally you have to check other than kilometer wise regular checking. You may tell them everything.
5. The service assistant will come to your vehicle for vague check and make you sign on two papers .
6. Later the service team will take the car inside the service station.
7. You may take a cup of tea / cappuccino waiting inside the office .
The service can be seen from the office through the glass .
8. Once oil change , filter change and even water wash is finish , they will give you the car and after your check you have to visit the same service assistant to get your bill , key of the car and you have to pay here.
9. Important : It’s better you have a card rather than cash to pay here. Because if you are paying using card you can pay at the service assistant office itself. Else you may have to go to spare parts section cashier and make payment there and come back to the service assistant.
10. I have a very good and admirable experience with the service assistant at ofice no:6 namely Mr Abdul khaliq Mohammed Abdul Majeed . He is so friendly, explaining things and even helped me to assist even at the cash counter since my payment was cash not the card .
11.Easily accessible location, neat and clean , satisfying service .
