★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience. I gave the car 12 days before and they keep saying it will be ready tomorrow for 5 days now.
I went twice to the center and they made me wait for 1-2 hours and said you car is no ready yet.
The service advisor when asked when I can get my car he said he doesn’t know. After 12 days he doesn’t know when I can get my car. Pathetic customer service by the advisor

They make cars computer check-ups. It will be more convenient for customers to get an appointment online through their email address or contact number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I parked there at the service dept and I went there to service my friend car so I will rate service dept.
The engineers there are polite, and they do come to the car and completely check and discuss with you the reasons of problem as well as explaining what will happen during maintenance and what they will cover, the offices are somehow crowded as some people come late or ealrier than their appointments and I suggest never allowing them to enter unless the clinet inside is done.
