BE CAREFUL while buying second hand cars (car, SUV) from BUDGET office at Kharis Branch because they are selling major accident cars (Door painted, roof panted, gear box opened, various mechanical faults) and are not informing the buyers. We came to know about all these problems during computer test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've rented Honda Accord 2017 from Riyadh ( Khurais2 branch ) after Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Hospital.
The car was soo dirty, smell very bad, tire pressure was alarming all the time
It has a sticker stating : for non smoking drivers ?
I'm so shocked at Budget Saudi and my overall experience was totally very bad

There prices are the highest in saudi. But if they have companies & public agencies discounts make it average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience ever!! I reserved a car online, then I came to the shop to pick it up, the worker told me that I should pay 5000 Riyals for Insurance which doesn’t make since!! Because no one told me to be ready and bring that amount of money!!! But the worst thing is they treat me that way because I’m woman!!!! There was a man returning his car and he was Laughing telling me that they didn’t take from him any thing for the Insurance , they’re Racist , I would never ever take any car from them!!
, this is really sad that we reach 2019 and still there is some people with this mentality!! I hate the way that they make me feel !! I’m really disappointed
