Worst experience. Visited with my wife in an emergency situation and the response from hospital was pathetic, I never knew that they treat only those who are "government workers" or their spouses, Because this is what they made a reason to push us out from the hospital Without giving the necessary medical help where my wife was crying out for help and Later she had an abortion in a different hospital Ya Allah Hope noone gets to have such a worst experience ever.

One of the egyptian doctor always ask what she will do with me everytime i have my OPD appointment.. they never prescribed any DM meds even mg RBS is more than 200 during pregnancy.. I went back to my home country and my OB asked me to start 16 units insulin as my baby was big already.. very poor assessment and management ? A baby was born with cardiac anomaly but they never told her parents until she was born.. more worst, they remove all the check up details from there system ?

Three stars because I have no idea about how the hospital is now. However, I was born here twenty four years ago. Thankful to the Saudi government for covering the expenses ❤️

Safety of your baby comes first, and you really should find it in another hospital. I'm not a tribal Saudi this made the tribal Saudi working at the reception insist on first signing up a 12 year old girl who had a minor cough rather than my wife who was giving birth to a baby. I got permission from the girl's father to first sign up my wife. Then the tribal receptionist wrote my wife's name as a non Saudi and after the delay he already caused the paper was rejected and he had to write the name over. During birth the baby fell from the table and was caught before hitting the ground. They did not change the diapers of my baby while he was in the ICU. This caused a bad skin irritation and added to his pain. The baby cried so much in their neglected care that he lost his speech. The nurses lied to us and told us that his mother was not allowed to visit the baby off visiting hours, they do this so that their neglection can go unnoticed. They denied the few months old baby the right to have a visit from his mother for breast feeding off visiting hours.
