★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital you can go to when you have an emergency. They no nothing about treating a patient. I went with my father and the receptionist took more than 15 min to register us through the emergency room. My father was suffering from heart pain and he couldn’t breath at all. When I told him to hurry up, he was screaming at me and telling me we don’t work here for you!! Very rude. We’re paying money for this service, it’s not a governmental hospital. I’m never coming back to this hospital again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great doctor but horrible hospital. Dr. Hussain Al Gwahmed did a brilliant job with my surgery. However, the management of the hospital are the worst. They made me go through a terrible experience after the surgery due to some issues they had with the insurance. It was because of their own fault and yet they tried to pin it on me. If not for the great doctor I would have never walked into this hospital ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Service I did my PCR swab early morning @05:30 am and paid for the VIP so that I can get the result within 4 hours no one called me that my PCR sample was rejected good thing I went there to check, then they do my second swab again and promise me that I will get my result within 2 hours but still no result I'm waiting for 3 hours already and no one can help me, I think I should go there again to follow up, what a waste of time and money... I have flight to catch.. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospitals I have been to. Patients coming in emergency are asked to wait for one hour even if they are in serious condition, after again and again calling finally Dr. came. Doctors are so unprofessional that they even don’t know how to diagnose a patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended for anyone. A very good hospital with very much care. Nice nursing staff. Still I must mention "Some" teh receptionists must be changed or improved. They don't care about customers. Not all. "SOME"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so disappointed because my pcr result took so long to be issue. I explain to your staff that my flight will be on march 15, 2022 10am in the morning, many times over i called the hospital to follow up, but nobody can provide the result. The staff of your hospital give assurance that i will get the result before 7 am in the morning prior to my flight but I received the result 4 pm in the afternoon. The airport did not allow me to fly because I dont have the pcr result. So, I have to rebook my ticket which cost thousands of riyals and the problem is how can i provide and produce this big amount of money to buy a new ticket.

The hospital in general is decent and the 5 stars because they are trying hard to improve.
