★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most theaf hospital ever experienced, all doctor are not experienced, once I go for my wife dentel checkup Dr was lady and she told my wife to remove her tooth without any reason , and that charge her for consultation, medicine, and scan, now my wife is helty without doing any tooth removal,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took around 10 mins with the Dr. It was pretty quick but the Pharmacy is awful they have 8 counters and it took me around and hour and a half of waiting this is so ridiculous i paid for this i'm not in a charity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me i am fully satisfied with staff, pharmacy mechanism, approvals on time it depends on your insurance company at all not hospital, doctors which I have dealt with Dr. Shaheen gazala she is expert and a professional doctor second I had dealt with Dr. Mahmood masri he is also very nice doctor.
For appointment also on call promptly obtained and immediately received an sms.
What a patient need more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all nice hospital .. But the customer service sucks .. Always ringing , they didn't pick up the phone .. The charge on my mobile always finish .. Everytime I call customer service they are always like that .. Sometimes , they connect me to 4 phones before I reach what I want and at the end I dindn't get the answer from my questions .. Do they know what's their job and what's their doing ??

Regardless, I’m happy Soliman Alhabib is constructing next door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy very very slow,lazy people,not all conter functional and has to wait more than an hour.Looks like hospital not giving them salary so pharmacy staff take revenge from patients.
Just entering the gate,first take pharmacy ticket, after that do all other activities.
Not seen before such kind of laziness. ???
