طلبت بالونات للولاده،تفاجأت بسرعة الرد والاستجابة. (تحدثت مع محلات أخرى بالماضي و واجهة صعوبات بالتعامل)
عملت طلب عن طريق الهاتف ورحت استلم الطلب شخصيا.. لم اجد اي صعوبه في إيجاد المحل. التعليمات كانت واضحة.
عند الدخول تم استقبالي عن طريق مدير المحل (شكرا للترحيب). فريق العمل مبتسم و بشوش. الطلب كان جاهز و الجودة ما شاءالله. لاحظت انه الأسعار مرتفعه قليلا مقارنة بالمحلات الأخرى من نفس المجال، لكن السبب يعود لجودة المنتجات.
أضفت إلى الطلب باقة ورد (يوجد انواع ورود وألوان مختلفه). بالتوفيق لكم وشكرا.
