★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After taking number and form from the entrance you have to wait for an hour to be called. After hand in the form and ID to the counter they will inform you the doctor will not accept patient because of cut-off time but was there at 10am. Its wasting time!!!

I went here around 6:00 pm to have a check up for my skin allergy. I told the information desk personnel about my case. She told me that I need to see the dermatologist since my case is related to the dermatology. However, there is only one dermatologist and still on vacation. She will be arrived after two weeks accordingly.
She advised me that I should go to emergency department to assess my situation and somewhat give me first aid or basic medication.
When I arrived at the emergency department, the doctor just advised me to look for another hospital even if she did not do any check up on me. She just told me to go another hospital with an available dermatologist.
The thing is, she should at least perform a check up on me before advising anything. I went to other hospital and the information personnel referred mo to their general doctor. It doesn’t matter if she is a dermatologist or not. She is a doctor and that’s what matter most. She knows basic first aid or general medication on allergy. I was also frustrated because Rabia hospital is the only hospital around Al-Iskan and going to other hospitals entails more efforts and time especially that I am an expatriate with no vehicle services.
