Bad service unreasonable waiting time, toooo much people in a small location. No place to even drink water.

Traffic free surrounding, enough parking facility, courteous staffs, quick action (if you have all documents, necessary photocopies and appointment through website)
Tip: Preferable go in the morning around 8am for less crowd. For enquiries pay a visit after 3:30pm:; staffs are little relaxed and respond to you peacefully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Schengen visa application with family in April 2022, overall perfect experience. Reached by 9AM, plenty of secure paid parking available just 200 meters from VFS at only 15 SAR/day. The security staff needs little training to check the customers properly but the working staff are extremely professional, helping and courteous, guided us through each step. We went for Premium Lounge and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Especially the Saudi lady who i believe was supervisor in Schengen application section was undoubtly the best person i met in VFS. Everyone from the entrance till we left the building supported us thoroughly and created easiness on each step for us. Both Indian and Saudi staff were very cooperative and helpful.
Special thanks to Mr. Mohanad Al Maghloot in Schengen section who handled our case and the supervisor lady.
Overall 100% perfect experience. Much thankful to VFS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hope one day we don't need to deal with this company and get our consular's services ourselves . They have many wrong and greedy business practices. For example, courier service isn't a choice, it's compulsory to pay for it. It's around 100 riyals for shipping some pieces of papers. They charge you for SMS service but you will never receive SMS updates.

the waiting time is not reasonable!
I’m waiting infront 7 counters and there is only 1 or 2 working!
They want to make you go for premium services with 350SR extra charges on a single person witch if not accepted at all
I hope they give me unlimited VISA so i will never come to this place again!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience to the max.. they treat you to charge you the highest possible amount of money.. for example, I arrived 20m earlier to my appointment, & they refused to process my papers unless I pay for a VIP service!!
They need to explore something called customer service and customer experience
