★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I availed the text messages and courier services but they are not responsive. I expect that I will get a text from them but I got the result through email. I received thr email last Dec. 29, 2021 and I did not recieve my passport. It is better not to avail their services because it is only a waste of money. Now I am still waiting, it is already more than one month and I need my passport because I will travel ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never pay for the SMS service; you will not receive anything helpful. They kept write (PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE VISA APPLICATION CENTRE BEFORE THEY CONTACT YOU) everywhere but they will not contact you. I paid for priority + SMS service and waited 3 weeks before visiting them again to ask. The receptionist said your passports were ready long back why you have not come before that!! ? and she said the sms system is down ? although I received an sms after the collection?. The waiting area was very crowded, the AC and the system were all down ?. When We pay extra We expect to get the desired treatment and service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a visa in November 2021 and the following is my feedback about the whole process including the center visit:
1/ the center has limited parking for the applicants and could never accommodate not even half the applicants.
2/ the added services are pricy and i feel like you don’t spare the applicant the chance to rip them off
3/ the waiting time was exaggerated ( over 60 mins) , you see if the applicant is late you make them suffer but if the center doesn’t run the Appointments as planned the applicant still suffers and the center doesn’t compensate us, not even an apology is uttered.
4/ and this is the most important point is that my passport was detained since the end of NOVEMBER !!! When you assured us the process will take 3 - 4 weeks. And i received a late email informing me to pick up my passport from from the center by February! 20 mins before the center closes!
This is extremely unacceptable and it shows the lack of respect and the low treatment to the applicants. My passport was detained for over 2 months and and not even an apology nor an explanation was sent to me or to my sister who also applied for a visa with me .
In conclusion, please be assured this will be the last time i apply for a uk visa, i received nothing but a poor treatment combined with pricy and horrible service and extremely late reply. The whole experience leaves me annoyed and irritated and that reflects your lack of ethics and the absence of professionalism.
I have never seen anything that has such a high standards and expensive service yet treats their applicants with as poor and as horrible treatment as you do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an appointment yesterday and according to all the reviews I read I was extremely nervous from all the negative reviews. But it was a pleasant experience for me and the staff was helpful and friendly and I finished all my procedure in less than 20 min ( having them checked and scanned). So I'm also hoping to receive my passport soon and not like in a long time like everyone said. Keeping my fingers crossed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably terrible service from VFS! It had been a week since I'd received an automatic email from VFS saying the processed UK application is received at the Center and that I should wait for another email that would advise me for collection. Days passed, i kept on waiting for the collection email - I wrote to VFS FB and Twitter channels, and there too it was strictly advised to me to not visit the center unless informed.
Having been frustrated enough by the lack of communication, I decided to visit the center myself this morning and found that my passports were lying there ready to be collected! As happy as I was receiving back my passports with stamped Visas, it was just unbelievable to say the least how anxiously I'd been waiting for their email day and night while it was just there to collect! I can't believe Immigrations such as UK's would hire a service like VFS to process the applications of their visa applicants.
Need SERIOUS look into the process and need great improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating service. We paid extra for the fast track and it has been 3 weeks with no update to collect our passports. We were emailed 2 weeks ago that our passport collection notification will come through but still no response. We paid extra for SMS service and no sms till now for pickup. Very disappointing- and after reading all the horrible reviews we are clearly not alone. Seeing that the service and communication is extremely poor from VFS, I am going to go myself to ask about my passport because my trip is in 3 days and I am not going to rely on this poor service to notify me. Expensive service that has ripped us all off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion there is no priority service.VFS is just interested in selling services. The counter staff was offering Super Priority service. My family has taken priority service. Its more than a week & till now we did not receive our result mail or SMS. I cant travel anywhere as my passport is with VFS. My vacation is already approved and I cant change my vacation. I can't plan my vacation for other countries or even my home place. When your passport is with them and zero reliability of their services, you are left with prayers.
I cant post this without hitting a star on top; If it is evaluation of their service quality then I am forced to give a star which is actually worth no star.I wish embassy is aware of the quality of VFS services.
The flights are getting full and very expensive.I cant buy ticket till I receive my passport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had paid for the “keep your passport” service, which I would recommend everyone to do.
It took 4 weeks for the documents to be processed and for me to take in passport.
I took in passport and was told not to return until receiving a notification that the passport was ready and that it should be “a few days”..
There is no way to call and nobody will reply to your email.
6 days past and still no update so I decided to go into the centre and check for myself because it was the only option I had, my passport had been sitting there ready and waiting.
Considering they have been in this business for however many years, they should have an efficient system by now.
Why tell people not to come in if your staff don’t have the competence to send the notification email..
Poor and frustrating service.
