Additional Hidden Charges are everywhere here.
They ask you to print and copy even the unnecessary documents so they can find a way to take your money.
Also only one guy for printing and copying and too much crowd and a looong waiting line that never ends.
I don’t know why they don’t add additional printer and copier since they see this awful scene everyday.
Such a torture.
I suggest countries start to give longer visa duration 10+ years cause I don’t want to see these guys at least 10 years ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Germany appointments are Overbooked! took them 5 complete hours of our lives to do an 8 minutes process. They will rip you to print, they will force charging you optional sms fees plus (covid no more but still required) shipping fees. That’s after paying the online service fees. When I asked about the breakdown of the bill (visa+shipping) it was on the employee’s hand and he said i will give it to you after you pay, when i refused and asked for either one (sms to pick up or shipping which mean the shipping company will contact me) they tried to convince me that it is required. When i refused the idea behind it the employee said will if i have to change it then i have to start again. Then we called a manager who was nice and removed that additional charge.
Golden Advise:- book the earliest appointment and even go earlier to finish faster.
- they asked for hotel booking for the whole trip duration!

You pay extra amount for lounge as a VIP at a specific time, then you found out that there is no place to sit from the crowd and you finish 3 hours after the appointment. This is unprofessional from the organizers as they should provide each applicant an (almost) accurate time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The application was at the Italian embassy, and the appointment was at 10 am. The time was arrived at, and my appointment came after about 20, and my papers were complete. The employee was good in dealing, but the spit was a little late, an excellent experience if the papers were complete and tidy, taking me from entry to exit an hour and a half

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why they cancel this place and let us get our visa from the embassy itself. Their services is very lousy, they schedule you an appointment but you wait for two hours minimum. Nobody watches them and they don’t give Adam about their reviews or complaints. One star is more than what they deserve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took me five hours to get my papers processed. Extreme lack of management and operational optimization. Tips: Get a ride or Uber if you can, parking is abysmal. Plan for snacks and or entertainment if you have kids. Get hard copies of anything and everything you can think of. Block a full day to get all things done. Practice patience because you’re gonna need it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is less than one star I would give it one specially if you are applying to Turkish Visa, very long queue with two agents working and sometimes one only working. Very unpleasant experience, my whole day was ruined up because I wanted to apply for a visa. You need few hours with long hours of waiting to finish your papers. However, to be honest, people there are welcoming and polite. Parking is totally another horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They actually don't lack management, they DON'T have any, and they practice the exact opposite to any managerial skill you've ever heard of.
I've never been to a place that doesn't respect any times, quality, even toilets are hard for them ... etc (they gave an appointment at 11:00 am / now its 3:30 pm and not even close!). Employees attitude is just pathetic.
Sincere Advice:
"Do whatever it takes, whatever it costs, but don't come here (.)"
