★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is so sad that in the US UPS is professional, fast and always on time, but here in Saudi it is just the worst!!! Delays, never on time and at the end they lost my package, and they never answer their calls or respond to E-mails!! Absolutely horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "worst " is the best fit first word to start with their service. not bothered to call nor interested to receive the calls. they just send fake update emails " on the way" and then at the end of the day " address incomplete".i have been waiting since a week for medicines courier but these inhuman puppets are not even guilty conscious. had to travel 50 kms to collect the parcel, the fellow at reception said it is still in the warehouse which is too far away from the main city. it's better ups hires good professional and polite staff in this region. selected a star just to post the comment, they don't deserve even mud.do better.
