Your shipment could be wait the delivery for a week and no one will give any feedback!!!!

I suggest don't use their services.
They have sent my shipment and they didn't unable to deliver since almost a month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store said that this branch will close at 12midnight I've been waiting from 10pm-12 midnight but no person in charge shows up. Very irresponsible when it comes of taking care of Al Rabwah branch. It really pisses me of to put it in this branch as I already told to customer service to transfer it to Tahlia branch because it will be more convenient to pick it up from there because I am not available to receive it during weekdays due to my work. If there is a rating from 0-5 star i will give this branch -1 ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Documents were delivered late by days and unhelpful staff despite promises to insure delivery. I would be careful using DHL and explore other services such as FedEx.
Will not recommend it.
