★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SMSA is an example of how a courier service provider should NOT be! They expect you to collect your shipment even during "strict lockdown". There is no way you can possibly call them - all numbers listed on their website either do not work or you get no response. Emails bounce back too. You can verify this by checking the messages posted by the frustrated customers on their Facebook page.
I had to make my own arrangements at an added cost to me; to collect my shipments from smsa office - this happened twice in the same month.

Unfortunately i had the courier try to scam me claiming i owe him extra delivery and tax/duty amount on my shipment.
I called and filed a report.

Wait for a Long time on Customer Service through Phone for Enquiries & Complaints, After Good Deal of Patiency & Waiting, Finally, When Answered, Careless Answering & Disconnecting during the Call.
Don't Try, Unless have No Alternative.
