★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your experience in the store is dependent on who's working there on that day. Some of the employees have absolutely no people skills what so ever, to a point where they even ignore you when you ask a question. However, some employees have excellent peoples skills and deliver great customer service and are very informative. SMSA needs to work on training their employees.
Delivery wise, my package always got delivered in time in good condition. I just don't appreciate the fact that you don't pay per kg you pay per box. So if you have a package that is big in size but weighs 5kgs you have to but the 10kg box because that's what it fits in. To me that does not make sense nor is it fair.
