★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received delivery from 5 different delivery companies this month and then UPS, unable to deliver the package, so called, the same 1 minute automated story about the history of UPS on repeat, after waiting 15 minutes for someone to pick and hearing the story 15 times. I hung up. Unreliable, avoid if possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m evaluating UPS service in general not only this branch. My actual rating is Zero stars but unfortunately its not an option. It has been 3 weeks now trying to pick up my package, yes THREE WEEKS, I gave up on them delivering my stuff, that would be in my dreams, so I gave up this dream, and decided to go pick it up myself! and still I’m struggling to pick my package (They should pay me for doing their job) going 3 times to their store and still can’t get my package .. I don’t know if the main company in the US knows about the bad service UPS KSA is providing, shame on you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery service I have experienced. Packages are held at random and there is no consistency with service. I used the exact same address for two packages. The first package was help for almost two weeks because UPS said I needed to provide a business letter. The package was addressed to me at my residence using my address. While I was waiting for the first package, a second package was sent using the same address and was delivered on-time and without any issues. I paid for two day shipping for both. I suggest DHL they are more reliable

YOU WILL NOT REGRET CHOOSING THIS PLACE
I decided to take a chance in order to send a loved one a gift overseas, and it was delivered within 5 days only!!!
I am so happy with the customer service, beyond exquisite that my order arrived within 5 days, and I am beyond overjoyed to have made a new friend named Nabeel!
Nabeel is an amazing guy, he helped give me all the details about the shipping, packaging, order delivery, and he truly eased my worries.
This man deserves 10 stars, not just 5.
He’s very knowledgeable when it comes to helping out customers and he’s indeed very friendly and awesome.
Will be coming back as I’m BEYOND satisfied with the experience of my order.

My package is being held in Riyadh warehouse for one week, without valid explanation.
Operation is keep giving it to the driver who does not want to deliver to my area.
Till now, minimum 10 times customer service is called and every time i am given false promise.
VERY disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low service. Rude workers and zero professionalism. Even no line to complain. Customer service is not even bad it just doesn’t exist at all. They don’t care you paid for express shipping they will still send your pack with carrier pigeons. And no they don’t know how to find your complete address in maps and just deliver. They will say not enough info. Though my address and complete and official. And as you see no one cares even to respond to unsatisfied clients who are a lot here. So avoid this “service” as much as you can
