★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional. Unclear and misleading procedures. Very disappointed. I came from far when I was told by the sender that the package will be here to find out that they don't do pickup. Why don't you have pickup?? Aren't you a delivery company and should deliver packages? Do I have to come all the way here to know where my package is? I hate to give low rating but they truly deserve it. UNRELIABLE and can't be trusted with your stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zajil Express employee attitude worst. I reach on 11:25 am actually closing time is 12:00 pm. Employee didn't give any information about my package. Customer care number is not working. I try it many times. Zajil need to improve customer communication portal. Teach your employees how to behave to the customer. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kindly ask the delivery man why he didn’t deliver my order in Citymax and mark it as DELIVERED without giving my order.. please do an action for this.. I paid for it already thru Apple Pay and he did this?? Supposed to be delivered last Sunday until now where it is??
