- organizing your stuff in the shower can be difficult as there is no proper storage for toiletries
- the house keeping staff removed my shampoo travel container for some reason
- Wifi is useless as it simply doesn't work most of the time

When we called he said 160 SAR, when we arrived he changed it to 180 SAR(since we were tired of long drive, chose to stay here)
Better lighting is needed in the waiting area.
Parking will be difficult to find in the after. hours.

The person at the reception was extremely rude.
Coffee ordered where just water nothing more.
The lifts door wasn't closing.
Really small rooms
Pathetic room service.
