โ โ โ โ โ The first time I give bad bad bad review.
First of all, they serve the same food ( lunch and dinner the sameee ). Second, internet connection is slow and always shutdown. MOREOVER, all the stuff here knows a little arabic and no englisb at all!!! Also, my phone at the room is with broken mic, they keep on calling me!! As if I'm going down for each call they give. And yes, there is no time for sleeping, they knock your door 24/7! FINALLY, they have the rudest person on reception.
This was my worst experience I ever had!
I wish I could talk to the owner about it, he might think everything is good at his hotel, but NO!!

โ โ โ โ โ During quarantine packages for 5days poor facility,TV in the room not working,poor wifi,very small lift for only 2 peoples.Third class hotel.i don't know how govt gave them license. Even food was served late.

โ โ โ โ โ Room was clean ok , but staff are not helpful at all , food is very very very poor during the institutional quarantine as if we are prisoners . Unprofessional staff at all , how can we check out and stay in the lobby for more than 3 hours waiting for the second PCR test result !! It was a bad expression that i will mot recommend to anyone !

โ โ โ โ โ We booked from booking.com but at the eleventh hour, without informing us, they alloted our room to someone else. They only left a message but no one called us. We reach there half our late, and it became a real problem for us. We keep searching for other hotels but as it was weekend, it became really hard. So really pathetic experience with them.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad services for quarantine people. My family included small kids are suffering due to food . They are giving *Khabsa* all times. Even we inform them they aren't bother to change. I personally suggest all not to select this worst hotel for any kind of stay...

โ โ โ โ โ We had Quarantine package of 5 days. Pathetic service with no proper room set up.
Microwave & electric cattle wasnโt working.
Food was useless and old, which was unable to eat. Only breakfast was somehow acceptable.
Washroom bathtub was damage and very less water in shower and sink tap ?.
After complaining all these things they only fix microwave and electric cattle and refused to change the room.
