أولا تعاملهم سئ
ثانيا يأخذون تأمينك بغير حق
ثالثا أعمال هدم وحفر للفندق الملاصق للشقق صار له سنتين تقريبا وكل الغبار والاتربه تدخل الشقه
وكذلك محطة القطار جنب العماره وأعمال الحفر تبدا عندهم بعد الساعه ١٢ ليلا عشان يسمح للشاحنات بالدخول.
وأخيرا اذا انتهى عقدك وبغيت تجدد يفاجئك بزيادة الايجار ٤٠٠٠ الاف بغير سابق إنذار ولا يقولك انه بيرفع الايجار الا اذا رحت بتسدد لانه من الطبيعي بتسدد الايجار قبل ماينتهي بكم يوم وما راح يكون عندك وقت تنقل وبالأخير بتنحد وهذا اللي حصل معي رفع علي ٢٠٠٠ ريال فجأه وانحديت ودفعت وصلح معي نفس الحركه بعد ٦ شهور ورفع ٤٠٠٠ الاف يوم جيت بجدد. واضطريت وطلعت. وأخذ نص التأمين بغير حق. المكتب غير متجاوب ويقول تواصل مع المالك والمالك مايرد وهذي لعبه منهم كل يجدعها على الثاني وبالأخير العماره والمكتب لنفس العائله.

وسيأخذون نصف قيمة التأمين حتى يقومون بطلاء الشقه من جديد ، حتى وان كانت الشقة نظيفه حتى وان كان عمالهم هم من يقومون بالطلاء وحتى وان كان الطلاء لديهم ، سيسرقون نصف القيمه بدون اي حق حتى ان تم تسليم الشقه وهي نظيفه
