★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is trash. My 6 year old daughter was chased by a puppy that wasn’t on a leash and she was screaming in terror. The lady that worked there just opened the door and shushed her. She didn’t care that a child was crying she didn’t care to ask if she was ok. This establishment should hire people who have more empathy especially since it’s supposed to be a yoga studio. Shame on you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a good space, nothing fancy just a basic space with everything you need. They offer mats. I've attended a couple of classes here. Booking and payment can be done online which is quite convenient. I noticed that the instructors who deliver classes there are some of the best ones (I've been shopping around), I'm not sure if the instructors are hand picked or just a coincidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried the breathing class with Dr. Rasha and it exceeded expectations. She’s a knowledgeable, warm and attentive teacher. The studio is a beautiful space and I loved the dim lighting. All my stresses dissipated the moment I entered.
