★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed my Fly Yoga experience with coach Razan. She is sweet and nice. The place is relaxing and clean. The receptionist Bushra is sweet but has potential to be better at dealing with customers in terms of clear communication and welcoming. No tour was offered to me, and felt unwelcomed and awkward even tho I expressed my interest to be part of this community. Heard different things about signing up and was told if I liked the fly yoga class I can sign up with taking away the price of the class I paid for, but later on she refused because I did not tell her when I came. Again, I expressed my interest over the phone and coming for a trial means I might be a permanent customer. Also, when I asked when are level 1 yoga scheduled. she was bluntly like “look at the schedule!” I think we can learn how to communicate better with others and make them feel welcome rather than outsiders. of course I looked at the schedule which was not clear… I did not see or understand that the small superstition 1 over fly yoga meant level 1. I see great potential for this place to grow and see potential in Bushra improving with communication and hospitality in the future! ? All the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fly yoga with Razan was soo nice!! It was my first time and I can say it will not be my last. The place is so clean and relaxing as it is spa/gym! Highly recommended.
