★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and bad customer service. This place made it so hard for me to have a training schedule, they cancel very last minute and they do expect clients to be ok with that. You pay to train alone, yet you should not be surprised if your PT is training another client with you at the same time. Personal training is meant to be a premium service, but not with a gym like this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience ever , I don’t know how they run this place?! They lose my file , I upgraded my hours but they didn’t have it in the system, the trainers complains all the time and bother me with their own problems. I talked to Shaima who is supposed to solve my problem but she did nothing, she ignored me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The class itself was good but i gave it 3 stars because parking is a hassle and I disliked the overall interior colours, they are a little bit aesthetically disturbing and affecting the overall vibe. I recommend changing the interior to lighter colours for more spaciousness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently taking classes with coach Meead, this is my 4th week, literally best personal trainer ever, I used to take classes before with other personal trainers at the same facility in 2019 but it is way different this time. I can see clear progress, I have clear a plan, her knowledge and training skills are great, she knows the anatomy very well and targeting each muscle in my training, my form changed in 4 weeks only, still I am a beginner but cant wait to continue my classes with her and see the great progress in my health. I totally recommend signing up with her.
