★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a great place to workout and achieve your fitness goals. I joined the gym in sep. this year and have successfully achieved all my monthly fitness goals. But the trainers of the gym should focus more on their clients sometimes they are just their for the sake of being there. Else all is positive about the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im giving only 2 stars because of the trainers. They ask you get get personal training sessions with them . No proper knowledge about postures when doing exercise. Teaching the wrong techniques. My trainer is reham. Im sooo disappointed with them . I got 2 day with her 1 hours she did only 35 minutes. You guys need to take proper actions
Edite. The team took immediate action for the feedback i gave. They assigned me an amazing trainer ( hebah) .today i finished all two persons sessions with her. Now im giving 3 more starts n making it a 5 start review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is nice, the equipment is clean but there is smell in the gym. The showers are also nice. I usually visit the riyadh gallery branch, I’m only 70% satisfied with the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with the receptionist at the gym. Expect more professional, humble and more customer focused ones. We know it is mandatory to enter the names for the class half an hr before the class and we do agree with the policies strictly.
However, even we come early on time and ask the receptionist to enter the name for the class more than half an hour before the class. Still they don't care what we say or request. Especially Nauf never care for doing things which are asked for and a bit more attitude on her end. No idea what they are doing there rather than their work there,
It is really tiring and sad that we need to pay for their lack of responsibility only becoz we co-operate and adjust more. This is not the first time. If there are limitations in the gym and when the clients are co- operating accordingly please make sure the staffs are adequate so they don’t do things partially on their client preferences and do except more polite and friendly attitude from them. All are paying for gym and it is always advisable to have more pleasant, customer focused and ready to help staffs.
Moreover, she never even care to apologize for her mistake and I don’t understand why fitness first has such characterless and rude receptionist at the counter.

First of all music must be lower when we have yoga class and if possible to have more then one session a week
AC temperature is high
Morning classes are not enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl in the receptionist was un professional! She supposed to give me my certificate, but she was very rude with me !! While I was talking with some of worker there she just came and Interrupt and she asked me in un professional way to go outside the office!! I can see most of the people complain about her! You should find a professional receptionist

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Month ago I filled for refund after that branch shot down, till now I didn't get my money, the customer service numbers are off, social media accounts keep ignoring my inquiry, it's really a shame..
Keep your money guys and run away from that place, u gonna regret it if did join that awful place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kindly be aware of all the terms and conditions before taking membership. I have suffered badly, I signed up membership for 4 months and shared my card details for monthly payment plan. After 4 months they keep charging me without my approval. I contacted through phone and helpline without any result. Finally went personally to cancel and find out they are reluctant to cancel my subscription. They demanded additional one month fees.. Even though they charged me beginning of this month. It’s a fraud they are running. Very unprofessional staff, no one there to help or sort the issues. Worst experience of my life… pls stay away.
