โ โ โ โ โ I have ordered some products from Max 20 days ago. When I was ordering it says 3-5 days. Itโs been 20 days they havenโt delivered yet. No updates on delay. Not refunding the money. Not answering the calls as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Not professional. I was contacted by an employee and had an interview that lasted 2 hours. My skills were tested and was asked to do multiple quizzes. I was contacted about a week later telling me I was accepted for the job but they were waiting for the confirmation from the board in headquarters in UAE. They kept saying the same thing the next following 4 weeks, they were stalling. I told them I had a right to know if I was accepted in the job or not and wanted an answer by the end of the day.. the same employee promised he would give me an answer by 5 pm and claimed that they were having a meeting with the board headquarters right during that moment. I never got my answer and was never contacted afterwards. I understand sometimes they find other candidates for the job and sometimes they dont find you fit, but I think its your right to know and they should tell you not keep you hanging. Proves how unprofessional they are.

โ โ โ โ โ Nobody is bothered to contact you once you are paid and bought stuff online. Its been more than 15 days i have not received my order placed online. Inspite of email and message there is no communication whatsoever. And customer service number no one answers. You are losing your very loyal customer due to this unprofessional behavior and i m one of them. Very very disappointed home centre. I still dont know when i will get my stuff which is ordered
