I feel like it's always a mission accomplished every after session with her. All activities are curated based on my personal needs, amazing at working on my pace til I get the proper posture and movement. 10/10 would definitely recommend. ✨

I want to say millions thanks for Keep Breathing yoga studio! I am still a beginner in classes, and I haven’t big experience before, but after visiting the primary class and starting classes in the studio, I realized how great and interesting it is to do yoga! The studio has a quiet and cozy atmosphere, it seems that not only the people around you are friendly, but the whole space. I would like to note that there is all the necessary equipment in studio and everything is new, clean and good quality. The classroom is bright, beautiful and well ventilated. I can talk for a long time about Elvina's professional skills and incredibly positive and calm energy by only warm words! During classes, she always prompts in time how best to do exercises so that the lesson would be beneficial, not harmful. And She is not only master of yoga technique, but also able to help your mental health, there are many tips for mental practice and meditation. And I also noted, no matter what thoughts swarmed in my head, no matter how busy I was, after classes there is always such inner peace, so good that I want to return again and again to the studio.
