★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing experience. The masseuse was rather inexperienced. It was basically an hour of being soaked in oil and rubbed randomly. It didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing, just doing a massage routine that she seemed clueless about.
+ this is not your typical massage where you would have a lounge or a corner to relax and have your herbal tea after the massage. In fact as the hour finished the masseuse went to blow off the candles while I was still in the room with a takeaway tea cup.
The air conditioner in the massage room is not adjustable so unusual for a massage facility. The room was freezing cold.
Below average experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a member in pilates studio, I love the atmosphere and the trainers they are very professional. However, I dont like their policy when you cancel your class its deducted from your class balance! Why? If someone cancelled for sure they cannot make it. So I felt like a punishment if you book the class and then cancel it it will be deducted from your package which you purchased. Very disappointed
