★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so clean and professional as they used to be. Also some barbers play fast and loose with some attitude as well! My last visit was totally uncomfortable and I’m considering to not go back again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my… don’t understand what the fuss was about. I’ve lived in non English speaking countries the past ten years and this was one of the worst experiences. I waited idle at the reception the first five minutes while the guy at the reception continued chatting on WhatsApp. He didn’t speak English and didn’t bother to fully understand what I wanted even though o tried to show him a video from my previous cut. He eventually gave me a sub par cut and took 5-7 mins to complete. Didn’t ask for shampoo before or after either. Even worse, I have to go and find another stylist elsewhere to get my hair fixed. Also lesson learned, having a nice, fancy shop doesn’t guarantee good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a beard trim with Asim. Horrible horrible experience. He cut my skin in many places. It shows he’s not professional in handling. He doesn’t even know how to style moustache properly.
I will never go this place again. Horrible barbers who call themselves stylists with some fancy clothes and fancy interior.

Last time I went with Mahmoud Saeed and the guy was respectful quite and very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get a descent and good haircut at this place. However, if you just want a simple cut or style like me then don’t bother. Any barbershop near you will be fine because you will not have to wait for long time or book in advance. The prices are ok though (for the decoration and the served coffee). But the guy on the reception was not welcoming. Even worse, he mistreated one of the employees (a barber) in front of the customers and swore to deduct from his pay just because the barber wanted to get a brief break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Suddenly today they changed the prices and the services offering to their customers, which forcing you to include other services beside haircut and beard to pay more than 100 sar even if you don’t need it. I believe this bad way to deal with your loyal customers.
The reception doesn’t know how to communicate with customers and did not respect that I came into the place as usual and I wan not aware of these updates!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s been more than a year now since I’ve started visiting this branch, and it is safe to say that I’ve tried all barbers except the new joiners.
I would always recommend Karim Ismail for haircut and beard styling. Karim is a true artist who takes a close care of his work and he knows exactly what is he doing.
I would recommend the management to give the barbers a prayers break, it will help them to refresh and boost their performance.
