★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shipment that was suppose to arrive in 1 week took over a month, and charged me an extra 350$ to get my stuff. not only that, their customer service number doesnt answer calls during the month of ramadan, i stayed for 30-45 minute numerous times with no one answering me, even though the phone beeps and it connects me back to an answer machine. Thank god for DHL

Bad customer service, no one knew what's the status of my shipment, left me holding for 5 days (even though my shipment has already arrived to the warehouse), and I had to collect and pay extra for unreasonable services!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy company, a small shipment held between their branches for more than 2 month with any clarification or even explanation, this company should have been closed since long time, I dealt with them once and never work with them again, the problem they know that the company sold to FedEx and for that reason they don't care, anyway this deal will bring the same trashy preformance to FedEx and I will boycut even FedEx because of them.
