★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and slow service. If you are a fast courier company we expect to pick up our parcels fast and leave too. 30 minutes to recive a parcel in the evening when it is not busy at all is unacceptable and a shame to your so called name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t take a long tome for waiting to return my shipment ? and the employee there was very kind and helpful.
I bring the box without past the label ? of the return information. He print out a new one and all those process take less than 5 minutes.
However, there are busy days for them in those days they are need to be more organized and faster than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited to retreive failed delivery of my renewal bank atm card... despite submitted three times feedback online (thru app) but just close by aramex without clear action. Failed delivery due to late afternoon/evening delivery by the courier despite having specifically requested morning only since Im not available to receive. Aramex should give customer option to pickup thru the Red Box Locker system to minimize delay...need to check on aramex again tomorrow for updates...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service time. We have been waiting for more than 30 minutes to receive our package (although the place is not crowded at all and we paid the shipment price in advance online!). One would expect much better service quality compared to paid prices.
