فرع السيدات به اسوء خدمة فلا يوجد عدد كافي للموظفين للعمل بشكل اسرع نحتاج ثلاث ساعات على الاقل لانجاز خدمة بسيطة ارجو من المسؤولين اعادة النظر لهذا الفرع كونه الوحيد للسيدات في محافظة محايل عسير
 The self-service device is disabled, and if it works, it is suspended.
The women’s branch has the worst service. There is not enough staff to work faster. We need at least three hours to complete a simple service. I ask the officials to reconsider this branch, as it is the only one for women in Mahayel Asir Governorate.

I swear to God, if there was anything other than the star that would offend them, I would have left my life and found their system that works. I want to know why they open it on what basis even the numbers are not

The worst bank that needs more female employees and its flexibility to work slowly, and the self-service machine is always out of order

فرع النساء سيى للغايه من الساعه 10:30صباح الى الان الثانيه ظهراً في الانتظار ومتى يجي الدور لا اعلم
لكن حسبي الله وكفى على المماطله والتاخير وكل ذا عشان تحديث حساب
If there is less than a star I give them
The women's branch is very bad from 10:30 in the morning until now at two in the afternoon waiting and when the turn will come, I don't know
But God suffices me and enough for the procrastination and delay and all this to update an account

The women’s branch is one of the most beautiful women’s branches. The welcome, the cleanliness, the service, the nice treatment of the female employees and the respect of the administration. To be honest, the number of the staff is lacking. I recommend dealing with them because they seriously deserve five stars.... Stay well
