I went there at 3pm in a working day and they where closed without a reason (they are supposed to close at 4:30pm). I could see people sitting inside doing nothing.
I went there the next morning and, after waiting almost 1h, they tell me that they cannot open an account. They said that I should come back at 9:30am because that's the time when they can open an account. First time I hear a bank that opens accounts only at a specific time. It sounded like they did not want to work, and came up with an excuse. I ended up opening an account with their competitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service agents on site try their best, but the background support is not focused on the customer experience at all. Some things only they can do, other tasks only the hotline. I’m trying for several months to get a credit card, calling, going there more than five times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lost all my time and energy applying for Personal Finance..Been there for 10 times. Took almost 1 month to sign the arabic contract..in the end the bank told me i cannot sign the english contract..no more loan for Samba because Samba is finished.
