★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. My transfer operation has failed and additional charge was deduced from the amount that was returned. Went to the branch to ask the staff to break down that operation for me, but they just told me to fill a written request to the main office. It has been a month since and no reply was received so far. I also emailed the bank with the same inquiry, but they just replied that I should go to the branch to get my answers. In summary:
1. No reply from the branch
2. I lost around 100$ for an unknown reason
3. The branch stuff wasn't helpful at all.
Definitely would not recommend to trust SABB to deal with your money and going to close my account as soon as my credit card will get empty, because YOU ALSO CANNOT TRANSFER YOUR FUNDS BACK BO YOUR DEBIT CARD ONCE YOU MOVED IT TO MY VISA CARD, LOL.
