 One employee in customer service, especially since most of the customers are elderly and have special needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوء البنوك في التعامل مع العملاء .. المؤسف ان اغلب عملاءه هم من الشيبان وكبار السن ويقابلهم موظفين في غاية البرود والتنطع والبطئ في الخدمة وعدم المبالاة بالوقت.. التعامل معهم مذلة ولا نقول الا حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل..
One of the worst banks in dealing with customers.. It is unfortunate that most of its customers are young and old, and they are met by employees who are very cold, stubborn and slow in service and indifference to time.. Dealing with them is humiliating and we only say God suffices us and He is the best agent..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا زال هذا البنك يغرد خارج السرب وبهذه المناسبه نبارك لهذا البنك الرائع حصوله على لقب أسوأ بنك في المملكة العربية السعودية..
من المؤسف حقاً أن تجد موظفين غير مبالين بعملاء المصرف.. والأدهى والأمر التعامل السيئ مع ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصه.
لا غرابة أن تجد الجميع ينفر من هذا البنك السيئ
لن أتقدم بشكوى لأي مسؤول بهذا البنك لأن الجميع سواسية في السوء وكما يقول المثل... إذا كان رب البيت للدف ضارب.. فشيمة أهل البيت كلهم الرقص.
This bank is still singing outside the squadron and this is the occasion we congratulate this wonderful bank for the title of the worst bank in Saudi Arabia ..
It is truly regrettable to find employees who are indifferent to the bank's customers. The worst thing is to deal badly with people with special needs.
It is not surprising that everyone finds it alienating from this bad bank
I will not complain to any official in this bank because everyone is equal in bad and as the saying goes ... if the Lord of the house for the sake of the quarrel .. The people of the House of the house all dance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظام البنك العربي معروف من ناحية المرونة في وضع التمويل السكني افضل بنك في الأمور الثانيه له وعليه اتكلم عن تجربتي في البنك في أبها أغلب الموظفين الي في البنك ١٠ على ١٠ بما فيهم حارس الامن
The Arab Bank system is known in terms of flexibility in the housing finance situation, the best bank in other matters. Therefore, I talk about my experience in the bank in Abha. Most of the employees in the bank are 10 out of 10, including the security guard.

لم يمر علي في حياتي اسوء من تعامل موظفيه اخص الذين تعاملت معهم صراف ومدير الصرافين.
يا الله سوء تعامل لا يملكون اقل ابحديات فن التعامل مع العميل والاسوء من ذلك ان كل من مرهم ذمهم ولكن لا حياة لمن تنادي. تنشد عن الحال هذا هو الحال.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لغوا قسم النساء واضافوه مع الرجال ولكن لايوجد غير موظفتين لخدمة العملاء ولايوجد خدمة ذاتيه فيه ومكينة طبع البطاقات معطله وعطلوني علي الفاضي?
They canceled the women's section and added it with the men, but there are only two female customer service employees and there is no self-service in it, and the card printing machine is broken and they stopped me on the empty?
