★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really terrible and laid back attitude waited for almost more than 1 hour just to update the details and i have to move out from there without finishing my work and the reason is the guy who suppose to update the number, first came late to work and then busy calling on the phone and then at the end busy making and drinking tea. Hats off to the branch manager and the team for such a laid back attitude.
Only the teller is working from the time branch open and very fast guy.
When i went to the manager that ur staff is busy talking on the phone. Funny part is he’s backing his staff that he’s working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when I came to deposit money in my account here at ummul hammam the manager himself is unaware of the system. The code of behaviour by the staffs was really very phathetic. Really feel sorry for ANB who was top notch some years back but now things have changed drastically. Really ANB needs to upgrade if it really wants to reach the top.
