โ โ โ โ โ I have been in many banks over the world, but such as this bank branch I have not seen such racisim and discrimination from the employee to their customers. I waited in the line for about two hours and a half waiting in a line while particular individuals who knows the employee doing his stuff with a smile on the face and when it was my turn he waived his hand to go to the other counter which it has more than 70 people in total of the lines and with not saying anything and the at the back they have 5 employees that are just sitting and chatting amoung them self and only two counters are helping more than 100 individual. It's sad to be a Saudi citizen and I get treated like that. I know nothing will change and I'm sure many had the same situation in the same branch.

Maintaining the covid protocol and keeping all the measures.
No long queues and waiting time.
Serving very swift and getting served quickly.
Outside parking is the only difficulty here as mostly no parking around here.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad careless staff wouldnโt like to work, only one counter was opened however crowded customers and branch supervisor and manager setting without influence. After 45 minutes waiting for drafting remittance receipt, revise beneficiary phone number twice, found it incorrect after I left in hurry back to workplace !!
