كراسي انتظار غير مريحة
موظفين غير بشوشين
خدمة بطيئة تستغرق اكثر من ساعه لفتح او تنشيط حساب ..
تسجل بالموقع ويجيك رابط
بعدين تنتظر عند موظف يسوي لك الحساب اللي حطيت بياناته بعدين يرسلك لمدير العمليات عشان تعمد وتروح تنتظر عنده بعدين يسوي موافقه ترجع للموظف الأول برقم جديد وتنتظر بعدين اذا جاء دورك للمره الثالثه توقع اوراق ويرجع يرسلك لمدير العمليات عشان يطبع بطاقتك وتدخل الرقم السري وطبعاً تنتظر مره اخرى !!!! اربع مرات انتظار علماً انه ليست اول مره افتح حساب عندهم كان حساب سابق ..
تمنيت اجد شخص واحد مبتسم للأسف الجميع متأفف ومتضايق من المراجعين علماً انه عند قدومي لا يوجد الا اثنين انتظار فقط !!
أسوأ تعامل كان من مدير العمليات
اتمنى من الإدارة اتخاذ الإجراء اللازم
